Riding in the passenger seat is really the best way to travel. It’s only after conversation is exhausted, after your favorite songs have all been listened to, that you can really lean back and let your eyes go slightly out of focus and just watch the road. That’s when the trees and the wires and telephone poles really start to talk to you.
